What
do you need
to subscribe it?

  1. For the visa:

    • Provide a copy of the passport, DNI or NIE.
    • Complete application and health questionnaire.
    • Provide the school certificate.
    • Provide the address where you are going to be living in Spain.
    • Send the certificate with the details of the policy to the consulate.

  2. Health insurance payment methods:

    • By BANK CARD through a secure payment gateway, and a single ANNUAL payment.

  3. *Important: You can subscribe the health insurance, in order to obtain the visa, up to 2 months in advance.:
